The U-Start Conference is U-Start's main international annual conference, which aims to showcase early-stage and growth-stage enterprises from top emerging markets globally that are investment ready, introducing them to international investors and assisting in expanding their global networks as well as connecting them with the international entrepreneurial ecosystem.

In 2014, U-Start will organize satellite events in Brazil, South Africa, Russia and Switzerland, selecting the best startups from each country to participate in the International Conference in Italy.

The 1st Edition of the U-Start Conference Brazil will gather international investors coming from Europe and the other geographies where U-Start operates, all its local brazilian network and the best 20 brazilian startups. The four best startups chosen by our jury will participate in the U-Start Conference, to be held in Milan on May 2014, with flight and accomodation paid by U-Start. Besides, will showcase a perspective from some of U-Start main markets in Latin America, Africa and Europe, with direct involvement from its regional offices, and informative pannels about the startup ecosystem.
